Within 24 hours you will recieve a written offer by email as to whether the desired date is available.

What do I have to bring with me?Comfortable, sporty clothing appropriate to the weather and comfortable running shoes. You should also pack something to drink to avoid becoming dehydrated.

When do I have to be at the meeting point?So that we or the group can start on time, you should be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the agreed date.
